"Quick help when I had a question"
I ordered a paddle from totalpickleball.com and had a quick question about shipping right after I checked out. I sent them a message not really expecting a super fast reply, but they actually got back to me quickly, which was nice tbh.
The answer was clear and the person was friendly, so no complaints there. I’m giving 4 stars only because the tracking update took a little while to show up, but overall customer service was solid imo.

I spent some time on totalpickleball.com it was more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages felt crowded, and trying to narrow down paddle options made me feel like I had to practice forced patience just to find basic filters. Comparing product details wasn’t very smooth either, so I kept bouncing around more than I wanted. Checkout was fine once I got there, but the whole site feels kind of clunky. I’d probably only use it again if I already knew exactly what I was buying

"Shipping was fine, but it messed up my plans"
I ordered some pickleball gear and, to be fair, it arrived in good condition, so I can’t complain about the packaging or anything. But the shipping was slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated until late, which was frustrating. I was hoping to use the stuff for a game I had planned, but it didn’t get here in time, so that kind of ruined my plans. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not what I’d call fast. Average overall.

"Exchange was easy, but the return dragged a bit"
The exchange part was straightforward, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the return took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying. Overall it wasn’t a nightmare, but the delay definitely stood out more than the easy part.

"Order showed up just how it should"
Everything in my order was right, which is all I was hoping for. No missing items, no weird mix-ups, nothing I had to contact anyone about. I opened the box expecting to double-check things, then kind of forgot why I was even worried because it was all there. Happy with it.

"Decent site, but the stock situation is a mess"
I don’t mind browsing Total Pickleball, and there’s a lot of good stuff on there, but the inventory can be annoying. I kept clicking on things I actually wanted, only to find out the size was gone or they only had some leftover clown color nobody asked for.
Once I finally gave up and picked something else, the ordering part was totally fine. Overall it’s not a bad site, but whoever is managing the stock needs to get it together because the whole unavailable-item shuffle gets old fast

"Paddles seem really solid so far"
I felt a little pressured to pick something quickly, but these paddles turned out to be a good choice. They feel really well made, and I haven’t had any issues with them so far.

"Good deal when there’s a promo"
I grabbed a paddle from totalpickleball.com after spotting a promo code, and the price ended up being better than the other sites I checked. Shipping was totally fine too. Nothing fancy, just saved a few bucks and got exactly what I needed.

"I went in needing help picking the..."
I went in needing help picking the right paddle, and they did end up pointing me in the right direction without making it a hassle. That said, I did feel a little dismissed at first, like my questions were kind of being rushed past. Once we got talking more, the advice was helpful and I left with a paddle that feels like a good fit.

"I’m a bit particular when it comes to..."
I’m a bit particular when it comes to pickleball gear, so I was hoping for a wider range of paddles and brands. They do have a decent amount to choose from, but a few of the options I was looking for were either missing or out of stock. The site itself was easy enough to browse, and overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I’d just like to see the selection filled out a little more.
